Sponsored by Paragon Neuromonitoring, this gathering focused on connecting, sharing ideas, and building relationships. This month, Dr. Nasiek had the pleasure of introducing an exceptional guest speaker, Adam Lederman, Esq., a partner at the law firm of Davis, Saperstein, & Salomon, P.C. As the leader and an active member of the firm’s litigation group, Adam has represented thousands of clients in various cases, including motor vehicle, motorcycle, bus, and trucking accidents, as well as fall-down and premises liability claims. Adam, certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney—a distinction held by less than 3% of New Jersey’s licensed attorneys—attended New York University, graduating magna cum laude, before earning his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York.
Adam is committed to advancing personal injury law and is highly regarded in New Jersey’s legal community. He frequently shares his expertise with colleagues as an active participant in the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), where he has served as Program Chair for multiple deposition and trial examination colleges.
For his career, Adam has litigated thousands of cases, many resulting in six- and seven-figure settlements. His presentation topic was Synergy in Action: Aligning Legal and Medical Practices for Comprehensive Client Care. Adam discussed fostering collaboration between legal professionals and healthcare providers to ensure that patient care and legal compliance go hand in hand. He highlighted shared goals, clear communication, and collaborative case management. By implementing these strategies, legal and medical practices can work more effectively together, ultimately enhancing patient care and compliance.
Dr. Nasiek thanked everyone who joined him at the event. Your presence made the evening truly special. Networking is all about building relationships, and Dr. Nasiek is always grateful to see so many engaged professionals coming together to share ideas and experiences. Great opportunities often arise from these connections!
Our next gathering will be on December 5th, and we look forward to seeing you there!
